Brown & Brown is seeking an RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor to join our growing team in Bloomington, MN!

The RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor is responsible for evaluating customer issues from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for issues related to the use of the members recreational vehicle.

  • Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility

  • Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills.

  • Manages a high call volume with exception communication and customer service skills

  • Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.

  • Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience

  • Excellent have written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (Preferred)

  • Bilingual (Preferred)

Pay Range

$20.00 - $30.00 Hourly
