Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

At Seattle Airstream Adventures (Milton,WA), part of Lithia & Driveway, we are not like other RV Dealers. We have an excellent company culture, plenty of work, solid training and growth opportunities, and a bonus program that rewards good effort.

We are excited to share that our shop has expanded from 13 to 17 bays of climate-controlled indoor space! With business increasing we are seeking a meticulous RV Service Technician to elevate our Seattle (Milton, WA) location.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose issues and repair failed components.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections.
  • Regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our own 5-Rivet program.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in any related skilled trade (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar).
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Dealership experience preferred.
  • RVIA/RVDA - Certified Technician, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

The expected pay range for this position is $28.00 to $35.00 Hourly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
