Optimum RV is a top-rated dealership known for providing high-quality recreational vehicles and outstanding customer service. We are currently looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their new RV purchases, ensuring they understand how to operate and maintain their vehicle safely and confidently. 

Responsibilities: 

Walkthrough Associates provide an informative and welcoming experience for customers taking ownership of their new RV. Key duties include: 

  • Conducting detailed walkthroughs of RV units with customers, demonstrating how to operate all systems and features. 
  • Explaining maintenance requirements and safety procedures in a clear and friendly manner. 
  • Answering customer questions and addressing concerns during the walkthrough process. 
  • Ensuring each customer fully understands their RV's functionality before delivery is complete. 
  • Coordinating with the service and sales departments to ensure RVs are ready for presentation. 
  • Reviewing checklists to confirm that all necessary features and items are in place and functioning properly. 
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional delivery area. 
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in their new purchase. 
  • Assisting with documentation and paperwork as needed. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in customer service, technical demonstration, or a similar role (experience with RVs is a plus). 
  • Basic understanding of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, propane, etc.) or willingness to be trained. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. 
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to follow checklists and processes. 
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
