What does an RV couple do?

A typical day for an RV Couple may involve welcoming guests, handling reservations, performing light maintenance or landscaping tasks, and ensuring facilities are clean and well-stocked. Each partner may divide tasks such as office administration, guest services, and outdoor upkeep based on their strengths and the property’s needs. The work environment is often team-oriented and dynamic, requiring flexibility to address guest requests or resolve unforeseen issues. This variety helps keep the work engaging and offers the satisfaction of directly impacting guest experiences. Most positions also provide a supportive community atmosphere, and some offer opportunities for professional growth within hospitality management.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RV couple?

To thrive as an RV Couple, you need hands-on skills in property maintenance, hospitality services, and basic administrative tasks, often supported by relevant experience or vocational training.
