Welch Packaging is seeking a Senior Developer to play a key role in designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications that support multiple manufacturing sites and business units
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions with a focus on usability and long-term sustainability
