Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or related technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or .NET technologies.
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting scalable enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Next.js and modern frontend development frameworks.
  • Experience implementing secure coding practices and utilizing application security tools such as Checkmarx or Black Duck.
  • Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL databases (MSSQL preferred), PostgreSQL, Firestore, or other NoSQL technologies.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with artifact repositories such as Artifactory or Nexus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java for automation and integration purposes.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, system administration, and large-scale distributed systems.

As a Software Engineer supporting Cybersecurity Engineering, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications that help protect enterprise systems and data. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to develop innovative solutions, improve software delivery processes, and implement security best practices across the software development lifecycle.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale technology solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and help establish engineering standards that promote quality, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for cybersecurity-focused applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations using GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Implement secure coding practices and partner with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate application risks.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
  • Deploy, monitor, and support applications running on Kubernetes-based platforms.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks across teams.
  • Review complex technical solutions and provide recommendations aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and operations.
  • Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
