* Develop new features and tools to support company operations and team workflows
* Build and enhance backend APIs using Flask (Python) and NestJS (TypeScript)
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions
* Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces with modern HTML5 and CSS3
* Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching to ensure optimal application performance
* Identify opportunities for application improvements and technical debt reduction
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting internal tools and applications Qualifications: Required: * B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
* 3 or more years of professional experience in web development
* Demonstrated proficiency with React.js using TypeScript
* Experience building backend APIs with Flask (Python) and NestJS (TypeScript)
* Demonstrated proficiency in Python, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript
* Experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and querying
* Proficiency with Redis for caching and real-time features
* Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
* Willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
* Willing to work onsite in San Antonio, TX Desired: * Air Force, Military or Defense Contracting experience
* Experience with Agentic Workflows (Agents, n8n pipelines)
* Experience with AWS services or AWS certification
* Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
* Knowledge of Docker containerization for internal tool deployment
* Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time applications
* Experience with ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy and Prisma
* Knowledge of the Tailwind CSS framework
* Experience with Tanstack Tools (Router, Query, Forms)
* Knowledge of Rust programming language
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot existing codebases
