Job description

Drive every deal to the finish line-join our Servco Toyota Windward team to connect customers with the right financing, protection products, and a seamless vehicle delivery experience.

  • Prepares all automotive sales related documents (VPO, contracts, accessories, etc.)
  • Work with financial institutions to obtain financing for customers' vehicle purchases
  • Negotiate the best sell and buy rates and financing conditions with our lenders
  • Present service contracts and other aftermarket products to our customers
  • Perform all other duties required to complete the sale and delivery of the vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS: List the relevant qualifications that are needed to successfully achieve the key outcomes required for the job. Note any preferred qualifications, if applicable. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent. BBA in Finance preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum three years of automotive sales and/or automotive finance experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for cars and numbers and to work as a Financial Services Consultant. An automobile is one of the biggest purchases many consumers will make in their lifetime and this is your opportunity to become a part of that process. As a Financial Services Consultant, you will assist customers with securing lending as well as present aftermarket products such as extended warranty rust-proofing, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares all automotive sales related documents (VPO, contracts, accessories, etc.)
  • Work with financial institutions to obtain financing for customers' vehicle purchases
  • Negotiate the best sell and buy rates and financing conditions with our lenders
  • Present service contracts and other aftermarket products to our customers
  • Perform all other duties required to complete the sale and delivery of the vehicle

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Requires three years of automotive sales and/or automotive finance experience
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work effectively with financial institutions
  • Must be detail oriented.
