You will
  • Embed directly with external parties such as Third Party Administrators (TPA's), Record-Keepers, and HR/Payroll processors
  • Rapidly understand their toughest operational issues and use software and AI as a lever to quickly build end-to-end full stack products for them
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

Required Competencies:
  • 2+ years of forward deployed / solutions engineering experience
  • Strong full stack software engineering skills
  • Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript
  • Proficiency with React
