Produces, reviews, proofs, and delivers translations of hospital documents such as medical record forms, patient education materials, and marketing materials from English into the target language as assigned by the coordinator.


REQUIRED:
1. High school diploma, equivalent education (GED), or post-secondary education
2. Certification in foreign language translation - from one (1) of the following professional
training programs or certifications (i.e. Rapid Translate, RushTranslate, the American
Translators Association (ATA), or Certified Translation Professional (CTP) OR
Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level degree in Translation or Linguistics.
3. Two (2) years’ experience translating, proofreading, and editing medical materials from
English to the target language in a medical setting, customer service, advocacy, or related
field
