Emish Market is a Ukrainian grocery store located in Fife, WA, offering a wide selection of imported foods from Ukraine and other European countries. In addition to our full-service grocery store, we operate a busy café, bakery, and meat department. Our store serves a large and diverse customer base daily, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, community-focused environment where customers feel at home.We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail and café environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions about products, assisting with purchases, and ensuring each guest has a positive shopping experience. This position also includes answering incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and handling concerns in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, you will assist with responding to Google reviews and providing product recommendations for grocery items, bakery goods, and café menu options.Because this role supports both retail and café operations, it requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized during busy rush hours.
