Responsible for development, build and in some cases the link and SIT testing activities of new or existing solutions as designed by the Solution Design Team.

You are responsible for ...

  • Responsible for defining and implementing enterprise wide Risk solutions related to Credit Scoring, Expected Loss & Probability of default calculations, along with Basel Compliance functionality.
  • Role is accountable for development and testing of new solutions and following our defined development standards.
  • Critical to this role is understanding of the Business Area and the technologies leveraged within a Business Area. This role requires in depth knowledge of business aligned applications and SLA's
  • Take preventive or corrective actions when necessary
  • Ensure delivery of deliverables are on time, on budget and 'on quality'
  • Ensure that all deliverables comply with the boundaries set by enterprise architecture and by security and compliance.
  • Ensure applicable audit actions are managed and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Support and when necessary execute Link and SIT testing activities
  • Ensure the development and introduction of changes to existing systems, in line with functional requirements
  • Ensure the execution of changes, in line with change requests or because of technical necessity.
  • Ensure the execution of the technical deployment activities in line with defined process.

You have...

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or related field of study
  • Excellent knowledge of DLL technology processes and Architecture
  • Mid - Level - 4+ years Development experience in Java
  • More than 7 years of experience in a technology profession
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the technical area of Java including:

o Development of Spring web services (Spring MVC Preferable)

o Development of JSP and other UI Frameworks

o Hibernate experience is preferable

o Knowledge of other ORM Frameworks is acceptable

o Knowledge of alternative SQL, general understanding and the ability to write queries.

  • Development experience in shell scripting is preferable
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS commands is preferable
  • IBM WebSphere Datastage experience is a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • An understanding of targeted Technologies and the Technology landscape
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • Experience focusing on executing the described activities for a known, relative similar set of services and solutions
  • Experience interacting with others, changing behavior and creation of the right business climate.
