Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: 3773 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223ย 

Work Mode: Open to remote candidates, with expectation to travel to corporate facilities as needed (possibly once a month, travel reimbursed).ย

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Core Development

  • 3+ years building production web applications in a full-stack capacity (frontend and backend).
  • Strong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Java (Java 17+ preferred; Java 25/LTS experience a plus).

Frontend

  • React (v18/19) with TypeScript and modern hooks-based patterns.
  • Vite or comparable modern build tooling.
  • Server-state management with TanStack Query (or similar libraries, e.g., SWR, RTK Query).
  • Tailwind CSS or another utility-first CSS framework.
  • Building responsive, accessible UIs from approved design specs.

Backend

  • Java-based serverless development (Spring Cloud Function, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks) targeting AWS Lambda.
  • Writing and optimizing SQL Server queries (T-SQL), including awareness of locking/isolation behavior in high-concurrency environments.
  • Designing clean, well-typed API contracts shared between frontend and backend.

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)

  • Experience with core AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, RDS, Cognito, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager Parameter Store.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with AWS CDK (TypeScript) or equivalent (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to data replication/CDC tooling (e.g., AWS DMS) a plus.

DevOps & CI/CD

  • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Git-based trunk workflows with pull request review culture.
