We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations throughout the region.

This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and performing a wide variety of building repairs and facility maintenance tasks. You will travel between locations ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, professional, and well-maintained.

If you have experience in building maintenance, commercial maintenance, property maintenance, field service, or general handyman work, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs

  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting issues

  • Conduct routine facility inspections

  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks

  • Repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and equipment

  • Install and assemble office furniture and equipment

  • Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and contractors

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain maintenance records and work orders

  • Identify and correct safety concerns

  • Travel between multiple locations daily

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of maintenance, facilities, building, property, or handyman experience

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience using hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to travel between locations throughout the region

Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial facilities maintenance experience

  • Multi-site maintenance experience

  • HVAC troubleshooting experience

  • Experience with work order management systems

  • Spanish or Russian language skills
