This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
About Anderson Regional Medical Center - North Campus
Established in 1928, Anderson Regional Medical Center works to create a high-reliability culture that fosters and supports patient safety as a core value. The facility houses a level II NICU, children's medical center, and is a designated Baby-Friendly facility. Anderson Regional has MFMs available for consultation, CRNA's on-call 24/7 and they see approximately 1,080 annual deliveries.
About Ochsner Rush Medical Center
Rush Foundation Hospital is a 215-bed facility founded in 1915 and part of Rush Health Systems. The hospital's Family Birth Center, one of the first of its kind in the state, features a recently renovated labor and delivery unit with 18 suites, midwifery services, and houses a modern, spacious 12-bed NICU. The facility currently sees an average of 880 annual deliveries and is equipped with MFM support and 24/7 anesthesia.
