SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by: managing order releases, ensuring the production is meeting daily customer demands, updating the daily inventory sheets, managing customer expectations, attending scheduled customer phone conferences, and other customer related duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure information in ERP computer system accurately reflects customer demand.
· Verify EDI data accurately reflects customer demand.
· Transfer demand requirements in to Daily Inventory Tracking.
· Prepare and publish Daily Pick Lists to Shipping to ensure Customer Shipment Requirements are communicated.
· Work with Production Scheduling to put a plan together to ensure customer delivery requirements will be met.
· Maintain delivery rating at 100% with all customers.
· Meet established goal of no past dues at month end.
· Make sure Plant does not incur in a Premium Freight due to a customer order shipped late.
· Monitor Customer Portals for tickets, rush delivery requests, etc.
· Promptly resolve customer complaints.
· Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate customer and delivery conflicts that may arise.
· Attend daily production report out meetings, minimum of twice a week.
· Update shipment information in Daily Inventory Tracking.
· Ensure customer’s returnable containers are being returned in a timely manner to support production demands.
· Identify potential risks to schedule attainment and proactively work to resolve the issue.
· Answer customer inquiries regarding product, process, delivery, quality, etc. (including in’s and out’s reconciliations).
· Ability to Interface with Customers, Production personnel, Area Managers, Scheduling, Quality, Purchasing, Accounting and Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior ERP experience is preferred.
· Must have experience, knowledge and or skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Demonstrate strong mathematical skills.
· General typing skills.
· Excellent telephone etiquette.
· Conflict resolution.
· Strong problem solving skills
