We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable trainer\/instructor to deliver a comprehensive Developing a Rural Infrastructure training program in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil infrastructure planning, sustainable rural development, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to conduct interactive and practical sessions tailored to professionals in engineering, planning, and community development.

    • Deliver high\-quality training sessions covering all stages of rural infrastructure development, including planning, financing, transport, water, energy, and communication systems.

    • Develop and adapt course materials, presentations, and group activities aligned with international standards and CPD\-accredited frameworks.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Introduce participants<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to innovative planning and financing models for rural infrastructure projects.

      • <\/span>Academic qualifications in Civil Engineering, Urban or Rural Planning, Environmental Management, or a related field.

      • <\/span>Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non\-technical audiences alike.

      • Experience delivering interactive, case\-based, and participant\-centered learning programs.

      • Based in Madrid, Spain, or available to travel there for the duration of the training.
