Job description

Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – Generalist
Central Rural Pennsylvania

We are seeking a full-time MT/MLT Generalist to join our clinical laboratory team in Central Rural Pennsylvania. This is a permanent position with a 3x12 hour day shift schedule, offering excellent work-life balance.

Schedule:
• 3 twelve-hour day shifts per week
• Full-time, permanent hire

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and complex testing in core laboratory areas (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank)
• Ensure accuracy of results and maintain quality control standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements:
• MT/MLS or MLT certification through the ASCP or ASCP eligible
• Laboratory experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
