Job description

Specific Job Functions:

  • Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner
  • Communicate through a headset attached to a two-way radio
  • Keep all equipment and refrigerators clean and sanitized
  • Sweep and mop floors as needed
  • Empty garbage
  • Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
  • Transport bus carts of dirty dishes and trash to dish room
  • Deep clean and sanitize bus carts
  • Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom
  • Assist with proper stock rotation
  • Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
  • Polish Silverware
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Qualifications:

  • Previous Bus-Runner Experience preferred
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
  • More than 6 months of related experience is required.
