  • Responsible for writing and executing the shipping document process.
  • Responsible for coordinating and handling shipping related matters.
  • Responsible for training and assessment of skills improvement for inspectors, guiding their work.
  • Supervise the implementation of safety operating procedures in the team.
  • Stop and correct behaviors that violate command rules, force risky operations, and violate operating procedures.
  • Ensure smooth approval of the shipment process during customer and third-party audits.
  • Follow company rules and regulations.
  • Other tasks arranged by the leader
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English with oral proficiency in both languages
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related Science field is required. Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred.
  • Have some experience in problem analysis and on-site management.
  • Willing to learn, serious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good personal character and professional ethics.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
