Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Waldorf, MD to operate on a Northeast regional fleet. Positions offer consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time Saturday and Sunday.

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • $0.80–$0.85 per mile
  • Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
  • Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
  • Average length of haul around 400 miles
  • Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3¢/mile) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
  • Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
  • Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly

Additional pay details:

  • $20 for the first stop
  • $35 for the second stop
  • $50 for the third stop and beyond
