Job description

Regional CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Midwest & South Region

If you are tired of unpredictable OTR paychecks dictated by bad weather and scheduling delays, it is time for a change. We have a highly predictable regional driving route with a stable schedule, consistent weekly miles, and absolutely zero freight handling.

Pay & Benefits
  • Average Weekly Earnings: Most drivers on this run gross between $1,400 and $1,500 every week.
  • Steady Pay: Your earnings are highly predictable, removing the guesswork from your weekly budget.
  • Benefits: Full corporate benefits (comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options), paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan, backed by 24/7 dedicated support.
Route, Schedule & Home Time
  • Home Weekly: Enjoy guaranteed weekend home time - heading out every Sunday and returning every Friday afternoon to rest with your family.
  • The Schedule: Run a steady, predictable 6-day weekly schedule.
  • Weekly Mileage: Average a consistent 1,600 to 1,900 miles per week.
  • The Route: Run regional lanes covering Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan.
  • Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight. This is a pure driving job—you will only handle standard drop-and-hook or drop-off/pick-up operations. No fighting with freight or throwing boxes.
  • The Work Day: You will occasionally drive at night. Runs include delivering to malls, backing into tight delivery spaces, and managing two drop-off points per run.
  • Holidays: You are guaranteed to have Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off. Other holiday dispatch is standard, but you will still get some time off.
Requirements to Qualify
  • Hiring Radius: Must live within our designated regional hiring zones.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience Tiers:
    • Trainees: Completely welcome! We accept entry-level solo drivers and team drivers with 0 months of experience.
    • Teams: Team operations are fully accepted and welcome on this account.
  • Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
  • Safety Record: We value safe drivers. Your record must be clean of any major traffic tickets or preventable accidents.
  • Screening: Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen.
