POSITION: 

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Front Desk Sales Representative to be the face of Rumble Cherry Creek. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning members, assist the manager with membership sales, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating an unforgettable studio experience. 

Duties & Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Willingness to help foster a welcoming community
  • Able to build strong relationships with members, learning names, etc. 
  • Make sales pitch to first-time attendees after class
  • Help book interested leads into first class 
  • Able to answer the phone and respond to questions about the studio
  • Able to multi task in a sometimes fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, and ability to learn how to use the studio's client management software
  • Complete basic cleaning tasks at the conclusion of each shift, such as mopping, vacuuming, etc. 
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
