Sales Associate (Front Desk + Membership Sales) 

TITLE Boxing Club Boston - Assembly Row | Newbury St | North Station

POSITION OVERVIEW 

Our Sales Associates are the heartbeat of the clubs. They are the first smile members see, the energy that sets the tone in the club, and the personality that makes the TITLE community feel like home. You’ll work the front desk, check in boxers, create an unforgettable member experience, and drive the growth of the club through membership sales and community engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Deliver an exceptional front‑desk experience by checking in every member and first-time guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection 

  • Sell memberships, class packages, private training, and retail, using a consultative, needs‑based approach 

  • Complete daily phone and sms outreach tasks 

  • Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to bring new people into the club 

  • Create excitement in the room by finding opportunities to hype the class, celebrate wins, and help build a fun, motivating environment 

  • Give tours to prospective members, highlighting the TITLE experience and tailoring the conversation to their goals 

  • Complete membership agreements and manage leads with accuracy and professionalism 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club, including lobby, studio, and equipment resets 

  • Support coaches and team members to ensure smooth class flow and an elevated member experience 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred 

  • Strong communicator who loves connecting with people 

  • Comfortable selling memberships and retail with confidence and authenticity 

  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment 

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping others feel their best is preferred 

  • Team player who brings positivity and energy to every shift 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs 

  • High school diploma/GED 

  • Proficient computer skills 

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
