Location: Milpitas Sports Center โ€“ 1325 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, CA
Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Program: Youth Rugby Camp
Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 9:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

About the Program

We are seeking 2 energetic and dependable Youth Rugby Coaches/Instructors to lead youth rugby camps for the City of Milpitas. Coaches will work with either the 7โ€“9 age group or the 10โ€“12 age group during week-long camp sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, confidence building, and having fun.

Participants will engage in exciting drills, games, and skill-building activities while developing their rugby techniques, understanding of the game, and sportsmanship in a positive and encouraging environment.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy coaching youth sports and helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

โ€ข Help maintain attendance and daily camp structure


Qualifications

โ€ข Previous rugby playing or coaching experience preferred
โ€ข Experience working with youth athletes or children preferred
โ€ข Strong communication and leadership skills
โ€ข Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and encourage children
โ€ข Reliable, punctual, and professional
โ€ข Ability to lead active group activities in an outdoor or gym setting
โ€ข CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required)
