Responsible for providing assistance with bioinformatic analysis and programming support for Omics analysis, which include transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data analysis. Specifically, involved in Single cell RNA and ATAC seq data analysis, Microbiome analysis and other bioinformatics analysis as needed for the projects to enhancing translational research under the direction of supervisor.
Support spatial profiling analysis (Visium HD, Xenium, CosMx). Ensure data integrity, track metadata, standardize analysis pipelines and provide interpretation of results. This will include carrying out very large-scale sequence data management and analysis procedures in close and writing resulting data for manuscripts/grants.
Also, may perform basic lab techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, submitting for data/sequencing data/omics data to appropriate resources. Generate publications ready figures, methods sections, and results for manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications. Able to apply machine learning and AI based tools for in silico drug development studies.
