To thrive as a Ruby Tester, you need strong knowledge of Ruby programming, test automation frameworks (such as RSpec or Cucumber), and experience with software testing methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD tools, and possibly ISTQB certification is often required.
