Ruby on Rails developers often work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the application's back-end logic and user interface. Collaboration usually involves regular code reviews, shared documentation, and effective use of version control systems like Git. Communication tools such as Slack and project management platforms like Jira help keep both teams aligned on project goals, feature requirements, and timelines.
