Job description

We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing team. Your role will involve everything from building new features and improving the existing codebase to ensuring our products' performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and contribute to a collaborative development culture.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions to any issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure weโ€™re using the best tools for the job.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
  • Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
