Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 12 Months


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Developing Next Generation Healthcare Oriented Software Platform intended tomake healthcare more affordable, improve quality of care and extending people’slives

• Analysis and Design: Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integrationtest plans

• Create end-to-end, cross application-impacting, integration automation (API andUI) with complex org

• Develop career path more aligned with individual performance and ambitions

• Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data shapes

• Independently designs and delivers code for products with a quality mindset

• Provides oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered byother developers within their scrum team.

• Master the Aerial development process, culture and code base, in order toimprove it.

• Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, testhealth, test coverage, etc)

• Works closely with senior developers, Product Management, and UX to ensuretheir features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitativediscipline.

• Overall GPA and Major GPA over 3.0.

• 9+ Year’s of experience in software testing/quality assurance activities

• Understanding of software engineering principles, usability, or businessanalysis skills

• Understanding of Java, Ruby on Rails, C# or a similar language

• Understanding concepts of building distributed / service oriented /microservice-style and cloud based applications / highly scalable solutions

• Public Cloud Experience would be beneficial

• Familiar with industry quality & usability practices

• Proficient in writing functional automation (UI/API)

• Self-motivator, who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meetsdeadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills.

• Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner andability to coordinate cross-team efforts

• Awareness of Modern Development Concepts to include Agile software developmentprocess, test driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery,Kubernetes and related techniques

• Good understanding of Relational Databases and NoSQL
