We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Tech Lead to lead development teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, AWS, and PostgreSQL, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
  • 8+ years of overall software development experience, with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.
  • Proven experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, application development, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
