Job Description

Roles & responsibility:

Design, Develop and maintain the Access Management application and its peripheral applications.
Monitor the performance of the applications and perform code reviews and code optimization
Develop and create appropriate designs for applications and application infrastructures to suit business needs, satisfy client requirements, and achieve desired results.
Develop rich AJAX applications and write complex data models and tune SQL for complex queries.
Collaborate on all stages of software development from design to implementation

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of application development experience with Ruby 1.9.3 and 2.3, Rails 3.2+ and Oracle 11g+.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to and experience with the following additional technologies Emberjs, jQuery, RSpec, Cucumber, Git, CSS and Javascript.
Experience with system design and architecture.
Ability to learn and actively seek new skills and knowledge to keep up with the changing technology field.
Ability to work with project cycles and manage rapid changes.
Ability to think outside the box, adapt to circumstances, learn from co-workers, and share information and experiences.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation.
