Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds -457
• Number of Staff - 51
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 Director, 1 Manager, 1 AM Supervisor, 1-2 Lead RTs, 1 EKG tech, 1 EEG tech, 6-9 RTs per shift
o Night Shift - 1 PM Supervisor, 1-2 PM Lead RTs, 1 EKG tech, 6-9 RTs per shift
• Patient Ratios - 1:12-18 first rounds
• Type of equipment - V60 Bipap, Vapotherm HF, Airvo HF, Hamilton ventilators, Parapac, EPOC ABG analyzers
• EMR - Meditech Expanse
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Critical care experience
• Patient assessment skills
• Perform treatment procedures as ordered by physician
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• NRP & PALS certification
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Arterial Punctures
• Oxygen Therapy
• Aerosol Therapy
• Non-invasive ventilation

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS & ACLS
Floating Area(s):
• Floating to different units is MANDATORY. All RTs have a rotation to be assigned to different units. Staff working consecutive shifts may be assigned the same unit if RT staffing permits
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Pewter
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
Every other weekend is required (Sat. & Sun.)
No on call
