Job description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven RMA Associate with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. The RMA Associate performs administrative or physical tasks involving receiving, storing, distributing and shipping of materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks with receiving inbound/outbound freight and packages, moving product from bin to bin and possibly be creating material transfers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares Orders to be returned to the Vendor - Picking orders and QC orders
  • Physical Inventory Counts
  • Schedule Carrier pickups
  • Requests Commercial Invoices from Custom's Team
  • Move inventory using an RF Gun from bin to bin
  • Receive branch shipments - Material Transfers
  • Create Material transfers and return to stock (RTS) Orders
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
  • High School Graduateor GED equivalent required.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to use common office equipment.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Ability to transport 50 Lbs.
Working Conditions:
  • Distribution center environment may include (but not limited to): exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions.
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

Responsabilites
  • Preparer les commandes a retourner aux fournisseurs (cueillette des commandes et controle de la qualite des commandes).
  • Effectuer les inventaires physiques.
  • Planifier les ramassages avec les transporteurs.
  • Demander les factures commerciales aupres de l'equipe des douanes.
  • Deplacer l'inventaire d'un emplacement a un autre a l'aide d'un lecteur RF.
  • Recevoir les expeditions des succursales (transferts de materiel).
  • Creer des transferts de materiel et des commandes de retour au stock (RTS).
Connaissances, competences et experience
  • Niveau debutant (0 a 1 an d'experience de travail pertinente).
  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent (GED) requis.
  • Capacite a executer des instructions et a demander des precisions lorsque necessaire.
  • Capacite a utiliser l'equipement de bureau courant.
  • Capacite a effectuer des calculs mathematiques de base.
  • Capacite a communiquer efficacement, a l'oral et a l'ecrit, en anglais ainsi que dans toute autre langue locale ou regionale requise.
  • Capacite a communiquer clairement et a transmettre l'information necessaire.
  • Capacite a collaborer et a etablir des relations de travail solides et efficaces avec les autres.
  • Capacite a s'adapter rapidement aux changements et a faire preuve de flexibilite.
  • Capacite a travailler de facon constructive sous pression, notamment lors de charges de travail elevees et dans le respect d'echeances serrees.
  • Capacite a soulever et transporter jusqu'a 50 lb (22,7 kg).
