  • 10+ years of overall IT consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including the use of industry-standard architectural frameworks.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and support, including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
  • Strong experience and deep understanding of CMDB and CSDM concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Working experience with Glide API and JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including MID Servers, CMDB, and integration frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. 
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

  • Provide ServiceNow architectural solutions and design guidance to project execution teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and bestpractice implementations across the platform.
  • Lead ServiceNow architecture assessments and develop target-state architectures, strategies, and roadmaps aligned to business and IT objectives.
  • Define and maintain ServiceNow reference architectures covering ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD (as applicable), integrations, and data models.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, configuration standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Partner with application developers, platform engineers, business stakeholders, operations leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Recommend and design modern ServiceNow-based technology stacks, including platform capabilities, integrations, and data strategies, and guide engineering teams through migration and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with customer IT operations and technology leadership to define future-state ServiceNow and analytics goals; design the supporting technical architecture and advise teams on efficient, scalable platform usage.
  • Ensure architectural alignment with ServiceNow best practices, CSDM, CMDB health, & integration patterns
  • Lead a workstream or act as a technical team lead, managing defined components of the project plan and ensuring architectural integrity throughout delivery.
