Job description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring Robotic Process Automations across Radian using the UiPath platform.
  • Responsible for collaborating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to define processes and prioritize list of potential use cases.
  • Proven ability to design RPA solutions, leverage best practices, and all available tools/ resources to optimize end solution.
  • Deploy, Maintain, Troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing bots deployed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes in the field of MI, Title, Valuations, Closing, Real Estate, or SFR. Analyze new and existing systems and make recommendations for RPA use cases.
  • Proven ability to define and document a process and make suggestions for changes to allow for automation via RPA.
  • Ability to construct Business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to project manage the development and rollout of new bots.
  • Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment working as part of a team to design, build, and support bots.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of the Bot release cycle.
  • Knowledge of Macros, SQL, and APIs.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Prior working experience with .NET programming languages Experience with other automation platforms like WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Experience in building solutions from the ground up; understanding how to navigate loosely defined problem sets.
  • Able to learn new software products quickly and effectively.
  • Working knowledge of system integration and programming.
  • At least two years of experience troubleshooting PC issues involving software problems.
  • Must be proficient with UiPath Orchestrator. Knowledge of UiPath Insights a plus.

Prior Work Experience:

  • Technical: 3 - 5 years
  • Supervisory: None

Education and Credentials:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree,
  • Other Certifications: RPA Developer Certification, Level 1 Developer Foundations and UI Path Developer Foundations training preferred.
