Job description

Finance Manager (F&I Manager) – Automotive Dealership – Naples, FL

DeVoe Buick GMC, part of the family-owned DeVoe Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team in Naples, Florida.

This is an established, high-volume F&I opportunity with consistent deal flow, an experienced sales team, and leadership that understands the business from the ground up. We are looking for someone who knows how to structure clean deals, build strong lender relationships, drive PVR and product penetration, and keep business moving without losing sight of the customer experience.

Just as important, we are looking for the right person for the right seat: someone who takes ownership of results, communicates well, works as part of the team, and understands that accountability and a great customer experience can absolutely coexist.

Who We Are

DeVoe Automotive Group has been part of the Naples community for 58 years. We are family-built, team-powered, and focused on doing business the right way. We believe great teams work best when expectations are clear, people take ownership of their responsibilities, and everyone is rowing in the same direction. We operate with structure, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Our Core Values guide how we work, how we treat our customers, and how we treat one another:

  • We do the right thing
  • We passionately care
  • We are team-oriented
  • We are driven to excellence

If those values sound like the kind of place where you do your best work, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do:

As a Finance Manager, you will own the F&I process from deal structure through funding while working closely with Sales, Accounting, and dealership leadership.

You will:

  • Structure clean, profitable deals and secure lender approvals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions
  • Accurately submit, contract, and close deals efficiently
  • Guide customers through cash, finance, and lease transactions with confidence and transparency
  • Present F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products, using a customer-focused approach
  • Work with evolving dealership technology, digital retailing platforms, and AI-powered tools; willing and able to learn, adapt, and incorporate new technology into daily workflows
  • Consistently work toward strong PVR, product penetration, funding, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation for clean, timely funding
  • Ensure every transaction meets dealership standards and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements
  • Stay current on title, registration, lender, and compliance requirements
  • Identify issues early, communicate clearly, and take ownership of getting them resolved
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and accounting teams to keep deals moving
  • Perform consistently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For:

This is not an entry-level F&I position. We're looking for someone who can step into the seat and contribute.

Required:
  • 2–3+ years of automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience
  • Proven history of strong PVR and F&I product penetration
  • Experience with menu-based F&I selling
  • CRM experience
  • Technology-forward and adaptable, with strong working knowledge of dealership systems, web-based platforms, and emerging AI tools
  • Comfortable learning new technology and adjusting workflows as systems and processes evolve
  • Demonstrated history of strong customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and follow deals through to completion
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
  • Stable work history
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening

High-volume or highline dealership experience is preferred.

What Success Looks Like Here

Our strongest team members don't wait for someone else to solve the problem. They own their seat, know their numbers, communicate when something is off track, and follow through.

For this role, that means balancing profitability, compliance, funding efficiency, product performance, lender relationships, and customer satisfaction. We want someone who is driven by results but understands that how we get the result matters, too.

What We Offer
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid vacation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Consistent deal flow
  • Established sales team
  • Experienced, tenured leadership
  • Family-owned, financially stable dealership group
  • Clear expectations and an accountability-driven culture
  • Closed Sundays
Why DeVoe?

There are plenty of F&I desks. We're looking to fill this one with someone who wants more than just the next desk. This is an opportunity to join a respected Naples dealership group with more than five decades in the community, an established customer base, consistent business, and a leadership team invested in doing things the right way.

If you know your numbers, take ownership of your work, care about the customer experience, and want to be part of a team where the right people are trusted to own their seats and deliver results, we'd like to meet you.
