WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated PST Operators to join our specialized transport team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in operating heavy transport equipment and thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments. As a PST Operator, you will play a critical role in executing complex transport operations across industries such as renewable energy, oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure.
  • Operate Powered Self-Propelled Transporters (PSTs) and modular trailers with precision and care
  • Assemble, disassemble, load, and unload high-value equipment in accordance with transport plans
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of transport equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • Interpret work orders and transport plans to execute tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and configure trailers using hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Ensure all safety protocols and certification standards are met and maintained
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of transport operations
  • Travel extensively to support projects across various locations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical or transport-related role
  • Proficiency in operating PSTs, trailers, and heavy equipment
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic mathematics
  • Effective communication skills and situational awareness in high-pressure environments
  • English language proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Completion of safety training and certification aligned with Mammoet standards
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training, including the Apprentice Transport Operator program
  • Preferred background in civil engineering, construction, offshore, ports, or mining sectors
