Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services to commercial and/or residential clients. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows
  • Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers
  • Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition
  • Secure facilities upon completion of service when required
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites
  • Ability to lift 2550 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Must be able to pass a background check
