As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll own your route, open new retail accounts, and dominate shelf space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Retail Expansion: Open a high volume of new accounts weekly and build partnerships with wholesalers, DSD/RTM distributors, and B2B operators.
  • Own In-Store Execution: Secure prime shelf placement, manage merchandising (POS, rotation, facings), and ensure seamless direct store shipments.
  • Manage Inventory & Relationships: Build deep trust with retailers to drive reorders; manage and deliver your own lean product inventory.
  • Activate & Track: Run demos and sampling events to boost velocity; log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth (DSD, route, or field sales in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred).
  • Owner's Mindset: Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed with a relentless drive to hit metrics.
  • Communication & Tech: Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable using mobile CRMs and routing tools.
