Job description

We're hiring a Territory Route Representative for our Milwaukee location. If you enjoy building relationships, working independently, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit.

The responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate a Bay Towel truck on an established route to service and support within our existing customer base.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts by supporting and communicating additional products and services.
  • Deliver and pick up rental goods in the areas of healthcare, food and beverage, and other manufacturing industries.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain all merchandise inventory levels by performing routine inventory counts.
  • Visit all key contacts on a weekly basis and take extraordinary measures to see business owners and any other individuals who may be involved in agreement negotiations on a quarterly basis.
  • Some negotiating of service agreement renewals.
  • Effectively handle all routine customer service requests and concerns.
  • May need to do some accounts receivable (A/R) collection depending on the customer to keep customer balances current.
  • Conduct day-to-day tasks professionally, safely and comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
  • Display knowledge of all Bay Towel products and services and conduct oneself in adherence to all applicable Bay Towel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate within the Bay Towel Family daily to work together to make every day better.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

This job is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position. Pushing and pulling up to 1,000 lb poly carts.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt 40 hours a week position working either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday four (4) 10 hour days.
