Overall accountabilities are defined in this section.As Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, you will set the enterprise-wide vision and strategy for our end-to-end supply chain, overseeing logistics, distribution, inventory strategy, and transportation across a complex, multi-site network. Reporting into executive leadership, you will be accountable for delivering best-in-class service, cost leadership, and operational resilience while enabling business growth.You will lead a network of around 40 facilities (company-owned and 3PL), including refrigerated and frozen distribution, and a private fleet of approximately 100 drivers. Smithfield Foods provides pay ranges that reflect its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of hire. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate's qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations.
