Logistics Office Manager - Mobile

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Office Manager to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. This is a critical leadership position responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating delivery teams, and optimizing logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise 4 administrative employees, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback
  • Monitor and coordinate 10 delivery teams, ensuring routes are optimized and on schedule
  • Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for route planning, route monitoring, and reverse logistics management
  • Proactively engage with customers, address inquiries, and follow up on deliveries to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on logistics operations and team performance
  • Coordinate with management on operational improvements and process optimization

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the logistics industry
  • Proficiency with TMS and WMS software systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenges proactively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software
  • This is an in-office position

Preferred Qualifications

Salary:$55,000 - 65,000/year, DOE; plus bonus potential
