Shift Details: Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday
Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of OKC as a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Lead! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless! As a Part-Time Janitorial Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You'll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. We believe in creating a positive work environment, where teamwork and support are at the forefront.
This position will cover the Edmond, OK area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
  • Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.

Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
  • Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits
Compensation:
  • Part-Time
  • Hourly wage of $17 /hour
  • Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month

Schedule:
  • 20-30+ hours per week.
  • The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Janitorial leads work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
  • The assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm - 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am.
