Max Distributing is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Route Representative to support convenience store accounts throughout the Arizona market. This role is perfect for motivated, dependable professionals who enjoy working independently, building relationships, and making a visible impact every day.

No direct DSD experience? That's okay. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, hospitality, sales, account management, or other customer facing roles are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Service assigned convenience store accounts throughout your route
  • Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales
  • Maintain organized displays and execute planograms
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Complete invoicing, order fulfillment, and daily reporting
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and employees
  • Visit multiple locations daily while managing your schedule efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, route sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
