Roustabout

jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we've grown more than 65x and currently operate ~13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma.
We're seeking a Roustabout to support daily field operations, maintenance, and site upkeep while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general oilfield labor including maintenance, repairs, and cleanup
  • Assist Lease Operators and Foremen with daily operations
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Maintain well sites, tank batteries, roads, and locations
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain positive relationships with landowners and team members

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Oil & gas field experience preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Work Environment

  • Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, and H2S environments
