Roustabout - Earn up to $1,098 plus OT weekly
Savard Personnel Group is currently seeking dependable Land Roustabouts to support oilfield operations throughout South Louisiana. This position is ideal for hardworking individuals with previous oilfield experience who enjoy working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous roustabout or oilfield experience preferred; experience around wireline, slickline, swabbing, or workover rigs is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
  • Perform general oilfield labor, including loading, unloading, moving, lifting, carrying, and stacking equipment and materials.
  • Assist with daily oilfield operations, including rig-up and rig-down activities.
  • Operate skid steers, forklifts, and safely use hand and power tools as needed.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work safely, follow directions, and contribute as part of a team.
  • Maintain clean, organized work sites and keep company vehicles and equipment in good working condition.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working on uneven terrain.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and willing to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OT possible depending on operational needs
