In this role, you'll contribute directly to producing high-quality plastic components in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where safety and quality come first.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the operation of a rotational molding machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications.
  • Prepare molds by cleaning them, adding inserts, and other components.
  • Add the proper amount of materials to each mold, and utilize overhead cranes to regularly lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading molds.
  • Maintain safe and cleaning working conditions.
  • Fill material in staging buckets with correct mixtures to ensure quality.
  • Stage and prepare for production runs.
  • Perform operations under a sensitive-time duration process.
  • Perform quality acceptance checks as needed.
