Provide accurate, timely, and advanced technical information, advice, and assistance regarding Trillium products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships. Develops retrofit solutions to expand services offer and provide support in troubleshooting. He/She elaborates and analyses vibration data as well other instrument readings to assess rotating equipment condition. He/She assists warranty managers, field service engineers during troubleshooting activities Objectives & Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Main responsibilities:

Provide technical support to AM Commercial Operations Team (COT) for new offers when required by the COT. Along with COT, He/She may be involved directly in discussion and meetings with customers, including in person visit if required.

Executes feasibility studies for pump retrofits considering both hydraulic and mechanical aspects of pumps; when required, prepares preliminary drawings to be share with customer.

Follows guidelines and inputs from AM & Services Director and AM Engineering manager to develop new services for After Market. This includes development of technical solutions dedicated to specific applications and development of new tools to facilitate retrofit quotations, or enabler for aftersales services sells.

Support Field Service teams during their on-site activities providing technical guidance whenever required.

Support Commissioning Manager/Warranty Manager and field service teams defining solutions and actions to solve customer's technical claim. In case it's required, cooperates to root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Support Service Center with escalating issue providing technical guidance to complete pump overhaul/maintenance/retrofits. Completes high level analysis of vibration data (spectrum analysis, time waveform, acceleration envelopes, orbit analysis) Provides feedback on rotating machinery health based on vibration data and other instrument readings (bearing temperature, process data...)
