Electrician
Work here, Play Here! 100% Employee Owned! The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for an experienced Electrician. Must be able to work independently and in groups and demonstrate good communication skills. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today!
Job Summary
This position requires complete understanding of single and three-phase electrical repair, wiring and installation, 120v to 460v, valid driver's license with approved driving record, and willingness to obtain a VA State Electrical license (if needed). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as well as ability to diagnose and make repairs or new installations, follow safety codes, understand procedure manuals, and other guidelines and company standards. Salary negotiable and based on experience. This is a Monday through Friday job with occasional weekends. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of every cycle and its components such as accurately read schematics and blueprints.
  • General building maintenance- residential or commercial
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Must have good communications skills
  • Proactive problem solver focused on delivering excellent customer service and continuously identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain/clean company vehicle inventory in the vehicle
  • High school or equivalent (preferred)
  • Drivers (Required)
  • VA State electrical license (willingness to obtain)
  • VA State Journeyman license (prefer or willingness to obtain)
